When visiting Mani, you should explore every single side of it. This exploration cannot exclude its gastronomic gems and the traditional treats maintained for years. Some of the most famous delicacies of Mani are:

Pitarakia or Travihtes: Traditional fried pies usually served with cheese and honey.

Lalaggia: Fried strips of dough with a relatively neutral taste. You can combine them either with savory or sweet ingredients.

Milk pie: A traditional sweet pie usually made on Easter. It mainly consists of milk, flour, and eggs. It has a creamy texture between the phyllo and lots of cinnamon on the top!

Sygklino: A type of salt pork that is smoked and preserved in fat.

Traditional rooster "Mpardouniotikos": Coming from the area of Mpardounia, it is a delicious dish made with cockerel meat and cheese.
